Typa centre-NID
TYPA centre
Typa centre is a museum and studio for letterpress and intaglio techniques, a hotbed of new ideas for old crafts, a center for print-related education, research and art. Typa centre is known for their notebooks and other useful items made by using old books discarded by libraries. Whenever possible, they try to use recycled paper for the sheets inside the notebooks. Founded as a non-profit in 2010, it has become an important center for graphic arts and printmaking in the University Town of Tartu, Estonia.
Find out who are behind Typa centre and how they started their journey here.
