RETURNS & REFUND
We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of the receipt. We refund or replace unused and undamaged items returned in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of dispatch.
We will refund outbound shipping costs for any returned items, but you will be responsible for your postage costs for returning an item to us. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. If we approve the refund, we will aim to refund you within 2 working weeks.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. if the product has not been returned to us in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
In the unlikely event that you receive broken/damaged product, we require you to send us an email within 7 days of receiving the goods including a photograph which clearly shows the fault of the item. Without receiving any proof, we cannot be held responsible for the damage occurred. We hope this is never the case but we will do everything we can in order to resolve the issue by offering you a full refund or exchange. We aim to process all refunds within 7 days, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.
To be noted that postage costs are non-refundable and in case of refund, they will be deducted from the original payment made by the customer.
